We played for a private party in Kew a week or so again, and after a couple of quieter or acoustic gigs, it was fun to be back playing at top energy! Since it was a private party, we don't have any photographs of the crowd, but the picture below shows our stage setup. The competition for pedal boards seems to be continuing.
Judi did a great job of getting people up and dancing and we played one hit after another to make sure there was plenty of jumping up and down and singing along at top volume. Chris was still recovering from breaking his thumb, so he was a little careful, and we juggled with the set to try to reduce the pressure where we could.
Another great night - thanks everyone.
Our set was:
Times like these
Here comes the rain again
Dancing in the dark
Take your mamma
She sells sanctuary
Sweet child of mine
Edge of glory
Let me entertain you
Heaven is a place on earth
Since you've been gone
Sex on fire
Ironic
Dakota
Summer of 69
Like a prayer
All the small things
Living on a prayer
Don't stop believing
Rebel yell
